Audrey Lebala — Leadership Coach & OD SpecialistAudrey is a registered Industrial Psychologist with corporate and consulting experience in her former roles as an organizational development consultant, management and leadership development consultant, HR generalist and executive coach. She works with both teams and individuals and is able to integrate her broad skills base to deliver impactful, outcomes-based and individualized executive coaching.

 

Roger Maitland — Leadership Coach Roger specializes in the design of organisational learning interventions that integrate team and individual coaching processes, depth consulting, organisational peer coaching networks and HIV/AIDS-wellness programmes.

Roger holds a Masters Degree in Coaching from i-coach academy through Middlesex University (UK), an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Christian Studies

 

Mongezi Makhalima– Managing Director & Business CoachMongezi is the Founding Member and MD of The Coaching Community Group. He’s an accomplished Entrepreneur and business coach with a passion for making a difference wherever he is. He brings 13 years of corporate experience both in line management as well as a consultant to businesses.

He holds an MBA from the University of North West, an MA in Work-Based learning studies from Middlesex University in the UK.

Ronel Vermeulen — Leadership Coach & OD Specialist 

Ronél is an experienced coach and organisation development consultant with more than 17 years experience in the corporate world. Ronél has extensive experience and training in group consultation, change management, systems thinking, group facilitation, strategy formulation and translation and climate and culture diagnosis.

Her strengths lie in supporting leaders to identify behavioural patterns that impact on their effectiveness. She helps executives translate strategy into business goals and ultimately into results.

Ronél has studied Education, Psychology and Sociology at Goudstad College of Education, RAU and UNISA.
